I am going with Kieron Pollard as captain this time round though Martin Guptill might not be a bad choice again as he scored 3 50+ scores at this venue in his 5 innings. Kieron Pollard’s invincible form has compelled me to arrive at this decision. Powering up the team with Jimmy Neesham as vice captain again for his bowling and slog hitting abilities which got us some crucial points in the first match already.

I avoided Ross Taylor this time round and went with Tim Seifert as we now know he will open the innings with Martin Guptill. Also the dip of T20 form of Rossco since CPL 2020 prompted me to make this move.

Bowling wise I went with Sheldon Cottrell for his ability to make break throughs with new ball. Accompanying Sheldon will be Lockie Ferguson and Tim Southee again- both bowl in slog overs and can get those free wickets – and yes you are welcome for Lockie Ferguson choice in the 1st T20I aswell.

Am backing Glenn Phillips again but do check the playing XI as he battled a gutsy dislocated knee during his 7 ball 22 run effort in the chase. X-factors in the XI for me are Nicholas Pooran and Fabien Allen again – if you trust enough you can get them the captain and vice captain tags as they form the critical cogs in West Indian wheel.
