Cricketers laud Neeraj Chopra’s Gold Medal Performance!

Indian cricketers lauded the first ever medal performance for India in track and field by Neeraj Chopra. Chopra was the only person to throw over 87 meters in the Tokyo Olympics 2020. He won the men’s javelin final on Saturday with a best throw of 87.58 metres to claim an historic first Olympic athletics gold medal for India.

Many former and Indian cricketers took to social media to appreciate the incredible show put up by Neeraj Chopra as the Olympic Stadium heard the Indian National Anthem after a gap of 13 years!
