IPL 2021: Mumbai Indians Best XI
Mumbai Indians enter IPL 2021 in quest for their 3rd consecutive IPL title. No team has ever won 3 titles in a row.
Inspirational leadership coupled by great domestic and overseas talents make Mumbai Indians the team to beat in IPL 2021. They have all bases covered and it would be nothing short of shocking if they won’t make it to the playoffs.
The top order is very solid with Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav making their team India debut recently. Rohit Sharma and Quinton de Kock form an experienced opening combo and are open to dealing any kind of challenge put their way.
The team gets stronger with the slog power as it goes down with the likes of Pandya brothers and Kieron Pollard.
Trent Boult was quite influential in the UAE edition and it would be interesting to see how he goes in Indian conditions. Newly wed Jasprit Bumrah will enter IPL fresh after taking break from the limited overs series against England.
It would be interesting to see if they would opt for the 3rd pacer or go with spin given Hardik Pandya is more than likely to bowl this season!
