Team India squad for last Test – Bumrah out!

Team India squad for the final Test against England was announced as the hosts kept out Jasprit Bumrah due to personal reasons. Bumrah was also rested for the T20I series against England which will give the pacer ample time to rest and come fresh in the IPL for Mumbai Indians.

No replacement for Jasprit Bumrah was named. Here is the squad line up for the last Test. The 17 member team is as follows:

India need a win or draw in the fourth Test against England at Motera, to qualify for the finals of World Test Championship. New Zealand have already confirmed their berth in the finals to be played at Lord’s England. In case of a England win, Australia will enter the finals.

The last Test is scheduled to be played on 4th March at Motera’s Narendra Modi Stadium. Teams will return to red ball cricket in the series finale.
