164 Indian Cricketers shortlisted for IPL 2021 Auction
IPL 2021 Auction is all set to take place on February 18 at Chennai. The ITC Grand Chola is the venue for the auction as about 1097 players all round the world enrolled for the event.
IPL governing body has announced the shortlist of 292 out of 1097 players based on interest shown by various franchises. About 164 Indian Cricketers made the cut out of 814 players who enrolled for the auction. . Here is the list:
Kerala pacer Sreesanth didn’t make the cut amidst expectations of a IPL comeback while Arjun Tendulkar got shortlisted for his first ever IPL auction. Kerala batsman Mohammed Azharuddeen who had every ones attention with a century in SMAT got shortlisted along with Vishnu Solanki who also gained massive attention during the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy tournament.

Auction will begin on 18th February from 3pm IST onwards. It is a mini auction as many teams have restricted budget to pick him. Kings XI Punjab and Royal Challengers Bangalore are entering the auction with the top budget purse.
