Wolverine praises Steve Smith on his 27th Test ton
Hollywood actor, Wolverine fame – Hugh Jackman was in awe of Steve Smith after he registered his 27th Test century at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Smith became the fastest since Don Bradman to record 27 Test centuries.
Australian national Hugh Jackman who is also a cricket enthusiast lauded Steve Smith for his effort on twitter.
Mr.Jackman was also seen in the past facing deliveries against Shane Warne at MCG and is known to be a avid cricket fan supporting the Australian cricket team.
Steve Smith who looked out of form scoring no boundaries what so ever in the first 2 Tests – went on to announce himself in the series with a brilliant ton which came to an end after a brilliant run out by Ravindra Jadeja. Smith scored 131 runs in 226 balls with the help of 16 fours.
Australia need to win the series to clinch the Border-Gavaskar Trophy while India can still secure the trophy by levelling it.
