ICC Women’s World Cup Report: Australia are the new World Champions!
Australia clinched their seventh ICC Women’s World Cup title as Alyssa Healy broke records in the big finale. Healy smashed 138-ball 170 runs to register the highest ever individual score in ICC World Cup final history ever. She also recorded the most number of runs in a ICC Women’s World Cup tournament.
England’s Nat Sciver too put a valiant 148* but they fell short by 71 runs. Leg spinner Alana Kings picked 3 wickets as Megan Schutt derailed English chase by picking 2 wickets in the powerplay.
